The project intends to open up an educational building to create a new series of formal and informal education with interacting spaces. The Centre will have direct access to a landscaped courtyard with the staircase acting as the vertical spine of the building, the project’s most striking feature. Our team has worked to create an inclusive environment for students, faculty and other building users. The Institute for Allied Health Science is an important addition to the campus master plan. It provides the basis on which the college will develop its substantial secondary facilities over the next five to ten years.
The design aimed to satisfy the various needs of the school and the community. The old auditorium was revitalised to a beautiful and functional space for gatherings and performances. The ventilator glasses were depicted with various fields of study to intrigue young children. Special attention has been paid to the acoustics of the space. The school management was happy with the cost-effectiveness, functionality and quality of their new Performing Arts Space.
Hundreds of students pass by the garden and open space each day. We aimed to create a simple, funfilled, relaxed and memorable experience for the user. The dynamic paving demarking the pedestrian and vehicular path along with letting in the rainwater find its way into the depths of soil. Built with planned drainage, resolved the waterlogging that was persistent before. Sleek and streamlined natural flamed granite benches invited the students to gather.
The project creates a new building for the Civil Department with 37,000 sq.ft. The building is planned to provide high-quality learning spaces. The completed scheme embodies the college as a professional environment with highly advanced learning arranged in an inspiring space and encourages a strong sense of community among staff and students. The spaces have been specifically designed to cater to contemporary learning attitudes with a focus on design and technology.
The school is working in partnership with the community to provide authentic learning opportunities and best academic and personal outcomes for all students. The focus of this project was to create an integrated campus auditorium that can be used by the SCERT and NCERT Schools. The design responds closely to the site restrictions and educational vision of the Institution with an emphasis on community engagement through shared use of the facility.
The building makes a significant contribution to the urban setting and creates a new hub and image for the college. Central Block links the two existing Arts and Science blocks of this deemed institution for ladies. The slim property required careful planning to optimise design aspects to rooms without visually crowding. The design includes a Learning Centre incorporating workshops, classrooms, craft rooms and flexible teaching spaces. This project marks the first phase in the delivery of a strategic master plan. The success of the project has led to a further commission to carry out the second stage of the master plan.
A space to feel energized, bright and exciting. The climate allows for courtyards, contour forms an amphitheatre, the design permits air and light along with shading from the sun creating deep shadows. A central court space links together the new executive & student dining spaces, cafe, shops and amphitheatre. It is designed to provide a large social and educational student gathering space and can seat smaller groups for meetings or individuals for private study.
