The interiors of the Corporate Office of the Comprehensive Digital Studio owned by the three brothers aptly coined WE BROS was a challenging design with varying but specific attributions pertaining to the Digitial Studio. The lobby makes use of vivid material contrasts, creating a dynamic interior. The finishes on the walls and floors combined with paths of lighting integrated into the ceilings and walls, flow throughout public spaces, and main lines of circulation. The bold contrasts illuminate the area. The interiors are comprised of Three Director’s Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Conference room, Music Recording Studio, Motion Graphics Room, Creative Department, Animation Department, Recreation Space, and Service Areas. The Reception desk was done in a visually striking design with a prominent feature rear wall. The decor of the Director’s Office was of an elegant teak wood splendour. The open-plan working environment with soothing colours of white and spring green was designed to attract young new talent and provide a motivational and creative atmosphere. We worked on lighting design, paying close attention to detailing and flow of light, an important aspect in the interior design.
Introducing the concept of Virtual Office and Coworking space, Spacelance had a unique and contemporary concept and was one of the early entrants to the field. Planning was done such that the spaces played several roles to suit the needs of the clients.
The core design challenge for the team was to meet the needs of the client within the compact floor plan. With limited access to natural light, the materials and colour palette was selected to ensure lighting. A calm and neutral aesthetic concept with the warm woods as the feature element in the Reception and Director’s Cabin was done. The work stations and Cabins were placed as per the job orientation.
Presenting as a simple, clever space, the Administration Centre appears at first glance to be an elegant office. The Storage area had to be renovated to produce bright modern workspaces. The design had to strike a balance between the need for discretion and the desire for openness, and transparency of the administrative activities for the prestigious Medical College Hospital.
The design called in for a sleek, state of the art corporate interior that creates a deeply luxurious yet comfortable ambience throughout for the Corporate office of one of the most premium company in the electronics industry. The openness of the space helps staff feel engaged and connected.
The project brief was to create a working space that attracts talent and retain the best. Design attained both aesthetically pleasing and exhilarating work environment.
